Are there any age restrictions?

All our classes are open to ages 13 years and above. Our Juniors class is for ages 7 to 12 only. 

What should I wear?

Comfort Comes First. We recommend comfortable, loose attire and clean indoor shoes for the best experience.

Do I need to book my class before coming to the studio?

Book Ahead for Smooth Entry! Save time by booking online before arriving. Classes can fill up quickly, so walk-ins aren’t always guaranteed.

What happens if I'm on the waitlist?

If a spot becomes available, you’ll be notified by email or SMS. No notification means a spot didn’t open up, and you won’t be charged for the class.

What happends if I need to cancel my class?

If you need to cancel, please provide at least 2 hours' notice before the class start time. This allows us to credit your session back to your account for future use.

Cancellations made within 2 hours of class time (late cancellations) will be deducted from your account due to our limited space and demand for spots. Thank you for helping us keep classes available for everyone!

Do we offer refunds?

All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel early, your session will be credited to your account for future use. Late cancellations, however, will not be refunded or credited back.

Memberships can be cancelled at any time with 14 days' notice. Once processed, membership fees are non-refundable.

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, simply email us with your request 14 days prior to your desired termination date. Once we receive written notice, your membership will end after the 14-day notice period has concluded.

How do I suspend my membership?

To suspend your membership, simply email us with your request 14 days prior to your desired suspension date. Once we receive written notice, your membership will pause after the 14-day notice period has concluded.

How long can I suspend my membership for?

Members may suspend their membership for up to 3 months at a time.

Do unused classes roll over?

No, unused classes do not roll over. 

When do class passes activate and how long are they valid?

Class passes activate upon purchase and remain valid for 3 months.

Can class passes be shared between members?

Class passes are non-transferable and cannot be shared between members.

How do I upgrade/downgrade my membership?

To upgrade or downgrade your membership, just email us at contact@thesocietyacademy.com.au. Please provide at least a few days’ notice so we can adjust your membership before your next payment.
