Frequently asked questions
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 2 hours' notice before the class start time. This allows us to credit your session back to your account for future use. Cancellations made within 2 hours of class time (late cancellations) will be deducted from your account due to our limited space and demand for spots. Thank you for helping us keep classes available for everyone!
All sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel early, your session will be credited to your account for future use. Late cancellations, however, will not be refunded or credited back.

Memberships can be cancelled at any time with 14 days' notice. Once processed, membership fees are non-refundable
To upgrade or downgrade your membership, just email us at contact@thesocietyacademy.com.au. Please provide at least a few days’ notice so we can adjust your membership before your next payment.
